Gallery is a really simple image hosting app. All the images you upload to Gallery are hosted directly on your devices. If you want to remove the images, great! Go ahead and delete them from your cloud and *poof*, they're gone.
As long as your cloud is available, the images are available. Never worry about your images timing out, never worry about a broken link. We're not managing your images, we're just helping provide handy linking.
